What happens after I purchase a deal?

Within 24 hours of your purchase, your credit card will be charged and you’ll get an email with a link to your voucher. The voucher contains instructions on how to redeem it. You’re also welcome to get your vouchers directly from your account by logging into Mamasource using your email address and password.

How do I use a deal that I’ve purchased?

Each deal explains how it can be redeemed, and your voucher will come with instructions. The number printed on your voucher is often typed into a merchant’s website during the checkout process. Other deals will require you to bring a printed voucher with you.

Where are my vouchers?

Sometimes, our emails will end up in your spam folder. If you like us the way we like you, please add deals@mamasource.com to your email address book so that won’t happen. Your vouchers can also be accessed directly from the Purchases tab of your Mamasource account. Simply log in with your email address and password, and away you go!

How much time do I have to redeem my voucher?

Vouchers vary like jars of baby food—some last forever, but most have expiration dates! Be sure to check the details before buying.

Do I get cash or store credit back if I only use part of the total value?

Mamasource deals are intended for one-time use, so cash or credit back is not possible, but we’re proud to say our offerings seldom leave moms feeling shorted.

Can Mamasource deals be used with other vouchers or special offers?

Our deals are so great that you can’t combine them with other promotions! We need our mom-loving merchants to stay in business, especially since this means they can help us offer you better and better deals.

Can I give a deal as a gift to someone else?

Unless a deal states otherwise, Mamasource deals can be transferred to other people, and they make wonderful gifts.
