This flat iron left my hair smooth and soft... and it felt like it did little damage to my actual hair since it was tourmaline infused with 100% solid ceramic plates. I always straighten my hair and this product leaves my hair feel shinier and more manageable every time.
Their products are professional grade, manufactured based on top leading hair stylist recommendations. I think one of the things that caught me off guard about NuMe though, is their generous 5 year warranty on some of their straighteners. That is huge for me, since I have had so many of my straighteners give out after one or two years.
